- Managing a close team within a family run restaurant and ensuring
smooth day-to-day running of the business.
- Responsible for our bookings and emails, relaying information
accurately to the kitchen/owners or team should they need it.
- Professionally and efficiently resolving any issues or problems that
may arise.
- Responsible for training staff up to a high standard.
- Attending meetings alongside the business owner with suppliers and
when interviewing new staff.
- Would help run/maintain our social media account/presence.
- During this time, I also stood in as Manager of the Restaurant to cover
for a few months.

During this time, I stepped up from a member of front of house to the
Supervisor.
- Adapting service style from casual dining to formal events is a skill I
learned during this time. From standard service to private
celebrations of different occasions, levels of formality and sizes.
- Often be responsible as the main bartender, being sure to keep up
with orders and maintaining cleanliness of the bar. Serving cold
drinks, beers, wines, cocktails and coffees.

I have always been extremely sporty from a young age; I feel this is where I developed my very driven and competitive
personality. I would compete in gymnastics (which was by far my strongest sport), play and compete in football and
compete in running.
I have grown up driving and maintaining my dad’s 16.5ft powerboat, and have always had a passion and love for the coast.
I have a real love for driving and cars in general. Truthfully if it drives and goes quickly, bringing a level of adrenaline, it’s
something I enjoy!
Maintaining both the exterior and mechanics of cars is something that I absolutely love doing, often assisting my dad in
repairing and maintaining cars such as his old defender. This all going hand in hand with my absolute adoration for the
Formula 1.
I am a very frequent gym goer; my preference being weight training, however I also really enjoy any activity or sport that
gets me up and outside, such as running, swimming and hiking, particularly in new places, as I love to explore.
With a passion for social media, I do enjoy maintaining my social media platforms and editing videos and pictures.

From 14 years old I have worked within various establishments both
front of house and within the kitchen, before settling into full time
work in 2017 within a business that allowed me career progression.
- Tasks such as running food to tables and taking orders.
- Often be kitchen porter, making sure a high level of hygiene was
maintained within the kitchen. Assisting with kitchen duties such as
preparing starters and desserts.
- Making sure to learn how to relay accurate food and drink orders,
taking care to note dietary requirements and preferences.
